This sarees is a reproduction of an old saree from North East India that Pavithra picked up over 40 years ago. The original was a cotton saree. The saree has thin vertical stripes in three colours on the body with narrow threadwork border and a beautiful threadwork pallu. The saree is woven in pure silk and comes with a blouse piece.
